Our inventory includes hundreds of plastic models and lots of RC planes and trains in three scales with all the latest advanced electronics and technology. We are a regular walk-in, retail store. After starting this business 52 years ago, Pam and Ted are getting old (78). It's time for us to retire, but we would like to see the store continue as it is the only real hobby shop in Western North Carolina. All the others have closed.
The metal building I built in 1980 on 1/3 acre is 2000 square feet. I have about $800,00.00 invested in the land, building, and inventory and I will sell it for that. My business and building are located on US Hwy. 25 which is a main artery through Hendersonville. Everyone is moving to Hendersonville to get away from big, impersonal cities so the value is only going to increase.
